Privacy

This KMP Freight staff tool sends entered pickup locations and selected airport destinations to Google Maps Platform to resolve locations and calculate routes. Google processes those requests under its Privacy Policy. Avoid entering personal names or other unnecessary personal information.

The tool uses an essential session cookie for sign-in and your current results. Pickup and route data are kept in the current server session, expire from the tool after one hour of inactivity, and are cleared when you sign out. Your browser may retain downloaded PNG or CSV files. The server keeps the Google API key, a password hash, and short-lived request counts in protected PHP files. Hosting and Google may retain their own service logs.

Terms of use

Use is limited to authorized KMP Freight staff. Use of map data is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Distances and durations are estimates for Google's recommended driving routes. A city or pincode represents an approximate pickup point. Airport routing points may differ from the cargo gate needed for a particular shipment. Verify the actual pickup, access gate, vehicle restrictions, and quotation assumptions before booking transport.

Keep Google and map-provider attribution visible in copied or downloaded map images. Questions about this tool may be directed to KMP Freight through its website.
